Meet Erica and Mike. They are an awesome and totally hot couple who we met up with recently in St Augustine for their engagement session.
I love it when couples like to bring props so when they showed up with Mike’s rat rod motorcycle, I just knew it would be a great shoot. We had fun walking around the Oldest City looking for some cool spots and it was great to incorporate the motorcycle into the session. I’m really looking forward to shooting their St Augustine wedding this spring. I know it will be full of character and lots of fun. See you both soon! Enjoy!

A couple of weeks ago, I met up with Kristie and Matt in St Augustine for their engagement session. Since they’re from Atlanta, this was our first time meeting. I was super excited to get to spend some time with them before shooting their wedding coming up in March. They were full of laughs and kept me entertained the entire time. They brought their dog, Ford along for the shoot so he’s the first dog to make it onto my blog. Congratulations Ford, you’re famous now!
We started at the Merry Go Round which is a favorite spot for both of my kids. It was early in the morning so we had it all to ourselves.
They both have a theater background which helps to explain this next image where Matt found this branch and did a brief scene from Monty Python.

I have been looking forward to this wedding for quite some time. You may remember Chris and Tia from their recent engagement session that took place in St Augustine. Chris and Tia are one of those couples who just know is meant to be together.
Their wedding was short and sweet. It took place at the Cathedral Basilica of St Augustine where they were surrounded by a small group of their closest family and friends. The day ended with an intimate dinner at the Casa Monica.
For each wedding I shoot, I feel very honored to be such an important part of the day. It’s hard to put into words but I love the warm and fuzzy feeling that I get as I’m looking through my camera lens and documenting one of the most important days these two individuals will have in their lives.
Thank you Tia and Chris for having me there on your wedding day. From the small time I spent with your families, it’s no mystery to me how you both turned out so beautiful, inside and out. I wish you both a long and happy marriage!
